Founded by Glenn Stearns, who founded and sold Stearns Lending. Glenn had a non-compete until 2019 when Stearns Lending declared bankruptcy and was desolved. Glenn took the oportuntiy to start Kind Lending in 2019 and pulled some of his old talents back to help with operations.
